Post by paulham » 10 Jun 2013, 06:27

Hey everyone,

The CLA Game Fair is 39 days away and I was wondering if any of you lot are going? If yes it maybe a good idea if we arrange a meet up?

What do you think?

Cheers

Where is it this year, Paul? Odds-on bet it's in the south. We're like the poor relations up here.

I shall be going but haven't decided which day(s) yet. It's an event I enjoy although it's not a cheap outing by any means, even if I don't but loads of kit. Just to be prepared I've even got a 'find my car' gps app for my phone so I don't get lost

Well whose fault is it that you live in the arse end of nowhere?
I don't think I will be going this year..... Hmmmm, actually I could do with looking at some scopes. Dammit, I just might go. And I have nothing booked that weekend.

You're not wrong, Declan. Still, not sure if I fancy a four hour drive each way though, so it would mean staying over somewhere. Come to think of it, that way, a sherbert or two would be in order

Stop it, your putting ideas into my head..
A localish travel lodge? Won't be that local as they will all be booked up, but you get the idea.
If people are up for it I will do a search tomorrow for accommodation. We could call it seers of the dark social
