I know you haven't missed me, but I'm back. 
Had a long lay off due to a dicky ticker. Atrial fiberlation for which i got shocked a while ago.
Heart rate could be 30bpm one minute and 170bpm the next. Not great for rifle shooting. Nor to much of s hindrance for the shot guns so I've been mostly using that.
