And when something goes wrong, we (the general public) are supposed to say "Oh my, what a terrible tradjedy ...that poor man" Not me. These guys are taking too many risks and sooner or latter...well, the one who gambles the most looses the most. I have absolutely NO sympathy for these thrill seekers when things go wrong.

Ahh, so your'e one of those thrill seekers! Well when you get to be my age (60s), you'll look back and realize the stupidity of most of those adventures of wild youth. Yea, myself included

Tell you what though, I do miss that ring clenching cold sweat when you nearly fall whilst climbing. You can actually feel your blood pressure dropping when you make safe. And I never did really high free climbing, usually roped.
