Any body know if anything is going on at the night vision store, sent 800s add on back beginning of June after two weeks sent e mail got a response a couple of days later saying it would be taken care of the following week great I thought, end of August now sent numerous e mails, phone calls no response at all even asked for it back and I would cover postage still nothing, I am thinking I’m not going to get it back now. Wondered if anybody has had same sort of trouble. It’s a shame if customers get treated like this.Annoyed as it has been a great piece of kit.

This seems to have fallen through the cracks due to summer holidays, harvest, etc. I do apologise.
