hello from across the pond-USA

Post by kevind43 » 15 Apr 2013, 22:23

hello fellow nocturnal hunters,

i was introduced to this forum by a member on another forum. i took a look around and like what i see. looks like a good bunch, sharing the same interests and information and helping each other out. i like the positive supportive environment here.

i am very impressed with the depth of knowledge the members here have about night hunting.

'll start out by posting what i do here in New York.

Image

when my wife lets me i get out and hunt whitetail deer in all seasons archery, shotgun, rifle, and muzzleloader, fox, coyote and bobcat and spring turkey. summertime i spend riding bicycles and i drink BEER year round. some of my favorites are from the UK. i also build gun lights and headlamps for night hunting. i will post up a link to one of my builds a little later.

thanks for having me.

Welcome to the Nut House.

It's good to see recently yourself and other's sharing our common interest and that, it makes it across the pond to you fellas.

Also, that it's allowed in the State where you live, that's not that common from what I've heard !!!

H

Ps. I thought a flashlight was something worn attatched to a belt beneath a long overcoat on a dark night....could be wrong on that though
...is this a pistol in my hand, or am I just pleased to see you ?
