Hi guys I’m new here don’t know where to start but I need help please I have the:

Yukon nvrs gen1 titanium 2.5x50

When I turn it on there is no image but the IR illuminator and power light do come on

Can anyone help or have a fix please or even someone I can call

Contact Thomas Jacks, they are the importer/distributor for Yukon products.
Not sure how much help they will be able to give because I believe your NVRS stopped being made quite a while ago.
