Hiya and welcome to the forum.

I'll save you one query: Check with any night vision supplier if it is suited to springer air rifles, the 'double recoil' effect can rattle things loose, such as batteries - or worse.

Cool thanks ,i ll be looking for something versatile but except for the pard 007 choice is limited for a sub 300 quids budget.

G'day Regis,

I'll second some bloke: "the 'double recoil' effect can rattle things loose, ..."

I have a number of FAC springers including an old Webley-Scott Patriot [.25] shooting at about 29 ft. pds. One of my more mild springers [FWB 127, .22.] destroyed a brand new Bushnell Banner scope which was supposedly rated for air rifles in three [3] shots.

Might I suggest you make a PCP rifle the first buy - with maybe a red lamp till you are better funded.
