I think Clive is also very busy (a), having issues with COVID19 (b), or has enough money (c) that NV is a minor distraction in that when it becomes an irritant is simply ignored. I understand he is currently "providing thermal human body temperature measurement systems to business and government" too.
His products are good and have been innovatoive in many ways. At one time was selling a lot of stuff but I imagine that the march of the hungry Chinese has somewhat dented his numbers and profitability. I don't know why he's so difficult to get hold of, ill go for (c)
Just very, very busy on all fronts of the business, and delays and working restrictions caused by COVID-19 don't help.

I've not had any time to spend on the forum but someone told me my 'fanclub' was starting up again today. I've noticed a few posts on various recent threads by some of he usual suspects.

Getting back OT. I've just checked and the OP enquired on Monday regarding warrany service and this was replied to on Friday to organise it. Only a minor probem by the sounds of it.

Cheers

Yes but I've had an absolute mountain of emails, messages across multiple platforms, phone calls, orders, shipments..slowing me down..

The NV008 LRF prices are on the website, theres been a delay on some components for the 12mm and NV008 LRF models, so it looks like they wont be over here till end of June early July.

I'm glad you are busy in these difficult times.
IIUYC - £825, No stock until end June (earliest).
Thank you very much for the reply.

No problem Miki , can an Admin/Mod remove these posts as they are not relevant to the original topic, so it doesn't get sidetracked..
Hi Ian
Many threads have irrelevant comments and I cant see the difference in leaving just one more to be honest,if we started removing all irrelevant comments it would take us a month.

G'day,

I can't imagine how hard it is for small businesses to function at this time; I understand many will cease trading before the world finishes with this Chinese virus. Anyway I was delighted to receive my Black Sun Dark Engine yesterday in the mail. International mail is very slow: the torch was sent 22 April and took 5 weeks to arrive. It makes my LED torches look dim and I look forward to going out foxing tonight with it.

So I posted the scope to Clive, recorded delivery, 2 attempts and no reply! What am I suppose to do now??? Do I have to keep driving all the way to Kent in the hope of catching Clive in and personally hand it to him? Seems like someone doesn't want to fix it!
