What a good idea....... I was going to buy one of these units when they became available, they must be bad for it to be sold so quick!!! or they know they are in demand and want to make some quick profit!!!!

The guy states that digital night vision isn't for him.
Lot of money to gamble on a 'will I/won't I like it?' thing, but each to their own.

Too much money for me - might try and see if me and Red eye Jedi can get a peek through it with another little mini-meet if he still has it Sunday night. In fact he might find a buyer if a few of us get to look at it in the field.
Any other lads likely to turn up if i host it again?

I've just 'asked him a question' about showing it to potential buyers at a possible small night vision meet at one of my Rugby club permissions this Sunday night if it's not been sold, and advised him that a thread about it is running on here. Ebay won't allow posting links to here though.
The club has 300 yards of short grass on a level playing field with very little light pollution and a hard standing car park. The bunnies are due to get thinned out very soon as they have not been shot at for several months and will be out grazing for us at 200~300 yards from the car park, with an odd potential closer one or two. There's a Wetherspoons restaurant nearby but you have to eat with a drink because it's not a pub.
If anyone fancies cutting out some cardboard bunnies and fitting them to a stake with a drawing pin for ane 'eye' we can set them up at 50 yard intervals.

Seems that the guy who's selling it is a friend of 'shootingcharley', the guy who makes the butt extensions for nv, moderators, etc.
His mate is selling it 'cos it gives him headaches.
