Hi everyone new to the forums and NV, got the gear but no idea!!
Im seeking some advice on mounting a Photon RT6x50 onto a Tikka T3X 22.250, I've tried the Yukon SW30 mount and weaver rail (0 MOA) and cant get the scope low down enough there is about 35mm between the objective and barrel, and am running out of internal MOA adjustment. Has anyone mounted one of these on a Tikka??

Hi and welcome to the forum.
When you say you have tried weaver rail and Yukon mount, IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT THEM, then id try to get them to work by carefully shimming (coke can) the mount.
If you haven’t bought owt then with a Tikka your often best fitting a weaver rail because of the silly sized dovetails, then have a look at the Sportmatch ATP 72 hight adjustable weaver rail mounts, IF you think you will have problems with left/right as well has height then the ATP90, this is the correct way to do it but very expensive --------alternatively you could buy the suitable height weaver mounts and coke can the mount to hopefully get the height right "ANTS supplies have a large selection of stuff very well priced also.
The Photons are well known for running out of adjustment high/low, left right is usually ok.
