Is it possible to set notifications for the various forums to a daily summary of new and updated posts?

Dated down the right hand column.

click on quick links, (just under the big banner add at top of the page, on the left)

but then I always go to ''New Posts''

Thanks lads, I hadn't noticed the Quick Links" option before, sounds like a good compromise.

Of course being a lazy so and so I was looking for an option that landed a list with links in my in box
