Thank you for adding me to your forum. I am Essex based, and predominantly shoot deer with my Sako 308 and 243. Apart from my full time London job, I have a small food business, which specialises in venison and venison products...surprise surprise!! I make a cracking venison Stilton burger! Anyway, I am new to NV, having recently purchased a Photon NV unit for my 17HMR. I was recommended to this forum from a chap on The Stalking Directory, having experienced some zeroing issues with the Photon. Elevation was ok but I ran out of windage adjustment. Having received lots of advice about shimming, swapping rings etc, I purchased Sportsmatch ATP66 fully adjustable mounts. As yet I have been unable to get out and zero......any tips you may have would be greatly appreciated. Is the MPR recording unit worth buying for? Thanks for taking the time to read.
