 I have found "faith this morning"
BBC 1 this morning "Pentecost with the Archbishop of Canterbury" just finished now at 11.15
Very impressed at the rousing enthusiasm of the happy clappers "all smiling and extremely happy congregation"
Loads of credit to all of them  very cheerful people

 Rod, I was supper impressed what a happy bunch of trendy finger clicking "rock inspired" people they were  even the Archbishop was giving the hymns a lot of enthusiasm and a good helping at full volume
I didn't know that a Pentecostal get together could turn in to a mini rave ? :o

Thanks
Phil

That's the start though Phil, you sit there thinking "hey, this ain't so bad" . Next thing is before you know it you're dancing around stones in a white robe chanting, then ........... there's the Sacrifice of a chicken to the almighty being !! :o :o :o
That's it then, you're done for, rest of your life spent in a commune drinking wine and consummating your love for the young blonde virgins present

Hmm, when you join book me a place will you ;)

 Rod, I could easily get drawn into the enthusiasm that is flowing with the stirring music in the background  , reminds me of being a choirboy  as a kid (100% true St Hillary's in Killay west of Swansea mid 1950's)
Church organist was a Mrs. Binnig who used to pedal the organ foot pedals in high heel shoes, I was mesmerised, :) between the oomph of a fully blown church organ belting out thunderous hymns and Mrs. B's good legs scooting across the organ foot pedals I honestly looked forward to going to church twice every Sunday.
Used to have to pump the organ bellows by hand when there was any electricity failure, vivid 3D memories of seeing a good leg in high heel shoes at such a impressionable age  :)
I started off very good as a kid  :)
Phil.

Ha hya, I was a choir boy for a while, until they stopped me singing  It appears they gave up trying to get me to sing in tune so told me to just mime  I wasn't there long after that.
