Did you teach him how to cup with one hand and pump fart with the arm?
Or lay on your back. Pull your knees to your chest. Cup the back of your knee, and pump fart each leg individually...like machine gun farts.
I had a buddy with a little brother 25years his junior (happy surprise). I taught the little squirt all the moves. At times you should be yelling at them to stop...but you cant stop giggling.
