Warfarin

Post by pickle » 29 Aug 2016, 17:01

Question: what does a ton of Warfarin cost and how many air rifle pellets would that amount of money buy. Question: biodiversity effects of Warfarin in the environment. Warfarin does not alter the viscosity of blood (human I assume). However if your target rat has been consuming Warfarin then it may bleed to death more quickly if wounded. No, not sure this is true. The rat may bleed more profusely after massive absorbtion of Warfarin - maybe - maybe not. Meanwhile ratty is consuming more food - probably human fude. Did you know that they mix Warfarin with talcum powder to fool ratty into grooming itself after a shower. Warfarin is losing its efficacy as a rodenticide. Is it?
1000 10mg tabs for humans cost $731.62, Drugs.com. Kaput Rat, Mouse, Vole Bait cost $33.97 for 4.27 pounds, Amazon. I thought voles were protected in this country because they have been hammered by the spiteful minkies released by the strange animal rights people.

No - there is no faster cessation of life than the impact of @16 grains of Lead travelling at 565 feet per second, or @8.44 grains of Lead travelling at @765 feet per second (or faster) impacting upon the brain tissue of ratty or squirrwelly or indeed Wabbit welly. E = MV x Mass x Speed of Light @ 850nm. And sooo cheap.

Heyup Branston.
Best of both worlds here, not sure of calibre but might be worth a try.

I'm beginning to think that maybe we should put pickle and snoopy in a darkened room and lock the door

Cheers

I have to say chas that i tend to fire off ectopically but your response is a top podium pickle buster fired from the hip. I never saw this one coming - and shame on you for getting the drop on an old man. I just love your slant and there is no definitive answer - yet. Keep loading your own.

i thought snoopy was a canine with a long tail and big ears. Is that you there Firebird? I used to use a tall rangy setter cross and the bugger had radar and would disappear to the horizon. Kipper always came back - eventually. The couple that owned him were quite philosophical and used to say that - he'll be back when he's hungry.
