bushnell customer service

Post by jdk1 » 26 Jun 2016, 10:14

I bought an old (2006) cheap bushnell rangefinder a couple of weeks ago that had the battery door missing so i sent an e mail to bushnell uk to see if it would be possible to buy one from them , i got an e mail back next morning telling me it was being dealt with , i then got another e mail saying that due to the age of it they had no spares available but they had been in touch with bushnell usa who were going to get one in the post to them asap and they would forward it on to me , it turned up yesterday morning with an invoice for the sum of £0 which i thought was rather decent of them
