Hello,
I'm from Louisiana in the USA. I've been active in optics for many years, first in the US Navy, and then with a NASA contractor. Now that I'm retired and on a somewhat fixed income I have to buy my DIY toys out of my own money. So, I usually go the cheap route. I hope to both contribute to, and learn from many of you on this forum.
Being in the U.S., some of the products used for near IR night vision might rank a little differently than those that buy a broad (yes, that's a pun
)..
I'll read more here before posting some of my homebrew stuff, or what I might plan next.
Thanks for accepting my membership.
