Found the whole series of the Out of Town programs on C D about 18 months ago on Ebay and bought them so that I could watch them again at anytime when other viewing is rubbish. Think it would be a good idea if some bright TV executive would decide to rerun all of Jacks programs , would make a lot better viewing than most of the dull rubbish that is being scheduled these days. There are 9 CDs with 5 to 6 of the separate programs on each of the CDs, not sure if there might be a few more available as well. Can lend if anyone is interested in paying postage ?
I will post a list of all the individual programs just out of interest.

I'd be early twenties then. And the proud owner of some shotgun I can't remember the make of, several air rifles, a new Bultaco Sherpa, a series one Land Rover and best of all, my brand new class one HGV licence

Ah, the good old days, worked at Freight liner, part of British Rail, loads of money for doing nothing

I think it may well have been a bit before that.
I remember watching it with my dad.
But in 1973 I would have been twenty..
So I would think about 1965-68??

What amazes me is apart from the inviroment not that much of what there doing has changed that much,he was a legend when I was a kid that's for sure.
