I down loaded one yesterday and spent 3/4 hrs cleaning my pc of malware and viruses

I should have explained myself a little better.
What I want to do is edit and join two mp3 files thus making one mp3 file. eg I have a call sound that I want to incorporate with another call
to see if I can match the one I lost.
