New to this forum but been shooting for a few years. I have a NS200 and a N550 but still looking for a NV to fit on a .204. I would prefer an add on to the front of a scope (Hope Pulsar bring one out soon).

I like the NS200 on my rimfire and three or four times a week shoot rats with it. The N550 with a nightmaster 800 IR, is mounted on a CZ527 hornet for fox.

As you rightly say, Pulsar are to release a front-mounted digi add-on. We're told that it could be the end of 2012 or into 2013. No one seems quite sure on that. I do believe that there could be another front-mounted digi available into the first quarter of 2013.

You also have the option of the PS-22 from ATN, which, I'm reliably told, if sorted correctly, are a very good front-mounted, tubed add-on, at around £2k.

Your rear-mounted add-ons aren't really a big problem if you put a stock extension on the butt of your rifle. There's a good choice of these out there. Tubed, at the moment, and digi in the near future.

Thanks for the info George, I'll look out for the new ones. I have tried a rear mounted one but being 6'5" I can't find a long enough std stock as it is.

How good are the PS22 compared with what I have?
