Hi all
Thanks for the add to the forum. I have hunted all of my life and worked on a lamp but I am a absolute beginner to NV and hadn't realised how many new obstacles working in complete darkness would bring . I bought a e700 add on with a T20 torch and it works fine but to be honest I'm not finding the change to looking at a screen as oppose to looking down the tube easy . I'm just looking to read anything useful that will help me and eventually look to buy a n550 when finances allow . I had a chance to look at lots of great NV when I went out for a night with a experienced user and member here ( Warbucks) and I think the n550 would be everything I'd need for sub 12 rabbits . atb Ricky

Welcome aboard fella

My advice would be to look seriously at a photon xt (either 4.6x or 6.5x) before shelling out on a n550......oh, and ignore everything dave told you
