Roedale precision Peter Lincon ?

Hi Gents,
Do any members know how to contact the above person , company ? He has had my money for 5/6 weeks now and will not answer his phone, e-mail or his customer information requests ! I am getting worried now and a quick Goggle search does not inspire confidence .

I thought about going down the recorded letter route but if he does not answer e-mails,the phone and his own website customers inquiry forms I don't think a letter stands much chance ? He has had quite a lot of bad press on other shooting sites here and in the USA , I know he has just been to the big German gun show and probably sold out ? but to not answer his customers when he has taken the money not even a note on his web shop is naughty . My item paid for was quoted 3-7 days then 10-12 weeks now preorder on his web shop ! Go figure . I might try to contact him on some of the other forums he has posted on . Rant over.

How did you pay? If it was credit card just ring them and explain they will sort it easily with refund

same with paypal you can pit in a non delivery dispute and if he doesn't resolve your non- delivery within so many days they will take the money back off him and refund you.

Hi Gents,
Thanks for the suggestions , I paid with credit card and do want the item I ordered but it is the lack of information from Peter Lincon /Roedale precision that annoys me .
One post on a forum says there is a 30 day refund and another says his credit card company could not contact the company so just paid out , go figure ?
After 9 weeks waiting for the goods or any information this is going to run and run !

I would phone the credit company and get your money back m8. After 9 weeks it ain't happening.

Quick update, Peter Lincon / Roedale Precision has been posting on pigeon watch so I got a friend to politely ask about delivery times/ lack of information this morning 08.00 ish. Up to now no reply !
