Hi splatty thanks for the welcome
Im looking for someone in my area ( or an hours drive) that has a nv set up i can go have a look at, or if you are near me come visit as i have a 50 mt range in my back garden, will supply you with coffee / tea biccies and a bowl of soup, and might even bring out the polaris 500cc quad we can have a play in the field just for the hell of it
Just want to see what is available and how to put it together
I am a total newbie so dont have a clue where to start
Cheers in advance
Ray

Hello Ray

Good to have you on board

I'm nowhere near you so can't help out with the demo but I'm sure there'll be plenty on here to help, demonstrate and advise you
I've got a Ruger 10/22 too but I'm so pi$$ed off with it that it's going. Just renewing my licence so I'll swap it soon, I've just had enough of it jamming cases without ejecting empties

The current subs I'm using are some cheap foreign sounding make but have had trouble with high velocity rounds jamming too. Funny enough I've got a couple of hundred Winchester super x ready to go through it next.
It's great fun but as I don't use it extensively I think I'd be better of with a bolt action.
