Tell myhermes, eBay and the seller. Save all packaging, do not remove the tape from the book as there must be some fingerprints on the sticky side and if it was one of the carrier's employee, it can be spotted, especially if they have had similar problem at the same depo.

I received an empty box where there supposed have been an iPad in it. John Lewis was very professional about it all and resent a new one, I was lucky.

Having difficulty contacting ebay through trails and trails of go here, go there etc, this is a direct number to their Police lines, good luck 02086053028 , However you can now contact them on 08003583229 . but will have to go into your help and trail through contact ebay and they will give you a code which is acive for about 15 minutes to confirm you are who you are, very usefull

On phone now, had to log a fraud at action fraud to get a crime number. Have to then call them back, fingers crossed I might get a refund today

Just got off the phone to eBay lads and the have now closed the case and found in my favor and I will be refunded within 24hrs.
