Well I got my feedback restored - I see he is still a member though which I find quite amazing to be honest.
I think the email thing was a trick... what was made to look like he had managed to add another account to my server was in fact a disguised advise supposedly from BT that I should click to to go to my account and remove it. The attempt to remove it sent a few hundred emails from me that all got DAMEON or something failures.
Dom - pretty quiet mate, been very busy on the lathe though so I won't need to be in the workshop during the big freeze we are supposed to be getting - like what is put around every Autumn.

HA - just found this message from him on my ebay messages list, which really does confirm he could have contacted me without using ebay all along. It's just nice to finally know I was absolutely right to be suspicious about his motives.:
