glad to hear you're ok mate

got to work this morning to find eight trees down in the garden(one of which is a 60ft eucalyptus), no electric, panes of glass missing from the greenhouses, poly tunnel nearly gone, and the two lakes close to going over the dams
don't remember it being that bad since 87

plenty of work to do, clearing up when we get back in the new year

had a leak in the kitchen, but nothing too serious............recon the wind was just blowing the rain back under the tiles,
56mm in the rain gauge this morning (in 24hrs) on top of what we've already had in the last week (138mm in 7 days)

the electric was still off when I left at 4.30

Thats good news then no damage to the house , so december is now monsoon season then

its a bugger!, cant see us getting any lamping in for the next week, grounds just sodden now............and more to come thurs night/friday

We were out on sunday evening and couldnt believe how wet the ground was so i dread to think what its like now
