To be fair, that ain't hard to do. I've been hit twice by buyers who thought it funny to leave negative after they received positive, and they more or less said as much

Apparently, according to other sellers on there, it's the new fun pastime, wait for positive then leave negative. Ebay of course will not do a damn thing about it even when you send them copies of messages :x

Be warned if you're a trade seller, or just sell a lot, no buyer feedback until they've left theirs.

i know i'v said this before

but i just cant get over how bizzare the situation is. the bloke has gone to all the trouble of developing a unit and as soon as its belated release happens he promptly disapears
now they turn up on ebay with all the charges and stuff when he could have sold plenty just by continuing post on here, very strange

not to mention the choice of camera. it does work but i would have used a different cam to GBsights on general principal, it didn't have to be loads more expensive either just not the same as something that was available 7 years ago

seems like the bloke want to run a business but hates making money....go figure?

He may want potential customers to stay as far away from this site as possible. Not only would they get the real facts about how good it is they would also be tempted to build their own instead of buying his .

Anyone going to put together and sell a diy kit on ebay ? I'll bet it would sell a fair few if the price was right

the baffling thing though rodders is that its not a bad unit. the price is comparable with nite-site and it can outperform it with the right i.r

and he was posting on here about it at one time. and was clawing a little respect back.....like i say. bizzare

Hi Adam,

Thanks for the excellent unbiased review of the Ward-D-Vision by the way.

I was actually trying to do the right thing by the forum by staying off of it. I was in discussion with Geoff and George re. advertising and sponsoring the forum and didn't feel it would be appropriate for me to post about our products while this wasn't concluded. Also I didn't want to generate any more hype and put us in a position of never catching up on orders.

There's no conspiracy or funny business. We were just busy sorting out manufacture and looking after the pre-orders.

Now that we are clear and caught up with the units in stock and the manufacturing process to back it up I've been able to conclude the advertising issue with George so now I feel I can post on the forum in good conscience and indeed looking forward to joining in the other discussions on here.

Cheers

Clive

ayup clive
i never thought there was any kind of conspiracy just could'nt fathom your un-timely disapearance

your quite welcome to an unbiased review, i actually do like the unit on the whole
the only time it really falls short is it hasent quite got the legs for a full 350yrd fox shot. but to be fair you never claimed it was a foxing tool.....i'd be more than happy to trial any upgraded versions for you, f.o.c of course! lol
i'm sure you've read this from me before. but i'v got you cornered now
on the current W-D-V that bloody power button needs moving. thats the biggest bug bear i have with it
when i get round to it i'm gonna swap the power button and three pin plug around

also the rubber eye cup lets the unit down mate. its got a right cheapo feel to it....the one you fitted is about 8 quid on ant supplies a much nicer one next to it is a pound more, and thats retail....a tiny extra investment there would make a big difference in perceived quality

and while i'v got you. is it ok to run the unit while its being charged from an external 12v battery?

you'll be sorry you reply'd to me lol
