I have to say I sometimes can't think of anything witty to say about some of your erm 'diverse' threads Chris.
I guess I'm trying to say I see the humor in them - no not Homer - but cant think um what I said above.

uh - well that got disjointed somehow so I'm off to bed now, titty bye all. Is that what Ken Dodd used to say?

Probably the wrong topic starter. Face it, this lot are not going to have a clue about the idiot box when there are much more _interesting_ night time pursuits to become obsessed about.

I've said it before - You have to forgive Chas, he lives in a backward county of England called Yorkshire & still uses that old fashioned "tubed" night vision

It wasn't about Lonesome Dove
It was about seeing who would respond and from my perspective, point proven, even thought it took a second more to the point comment to make that happen.
If you can't tie this thread up to another recent one that raised a few hackles  then I give up, gracefully. :)

I tried replying or at least typing something witty to reply a couple of times but when I read it back my humour sounds sh@t so I hit delete several times because it just wasn't worth reading. Sometimes I find it better to sit back and just read and see what else is saying

Unless its the battle of the generations against pixels debate, or Ir can't spook its fieldcraft, then I'm in:lol:

must admit i cant mate

anyway, its the way of forums chris. their all the same
go and have a look at the members list display'd by post count. it will show you 2 things

1. how much bollox i spout

2. how quickly the post counts drop off. you get a core of members who are on here all the time (too much time) and as you've just proved with this thread. provide most of the posts. then it very quickly tails off to nothing

as i said all forums are the same bud....i do agree though some chit chat would be nice, might keep me out of the members section on the bbs too LMAO
