Re: Snow

Went stalking this morning, set off at 3.30am.

No sooner then I sat in my highseat the snow started, bloody great flakes, luckily I was in the middle of a big oak wood so no driving wind but after 2 hours there was 2" snow on me and my rifle. I was going to take a pic but my hands were too cold to leave my gloves and get my phone out.

It was a group cull so no leaving the highseats without phoning for permission and as there's a prize for the biggest girl no one wants to call so I sat it out until my phone rang to say we were off, I was pleased it was at 8.30am instead of the 10.00am written on the plan

And the best thing was I didn't see a single bloody deer.
Land Rovers, who would be daft enough to own one?
