My thanks to those above who were kind enough to mention my need for fox photos for my upcoming book. Like so many of us, I have thousands of images of foxes with bullet holes in them, but very few of live foxes...

Anyway - Wiseoldowl, I'd love to use the images you posted, especially if your mate could be persuaded to let me include the one of the fox in the water!

That was my thoughts also Gloop, and the close up of the fox face i like that one also.

Paddy, when would you think the book will be available ? This is a book that i would defo like to buy.

Many thanks for your kind words - with regard to a publication date, I keep being told different things, but it'll probably be the best part of a year before it's been through design, layout, printing, shipping and distribution.
