Not just a newby to night vision but other than browsing on 'tinternet' I have never even seen one.
I am however going to plunge into gaining the know how to put one together for rimfire or pcp use.
So many variables to chose from but I hope to be able to make a decision eventually with all the up to date and comprehensive knowledge available on this site.
Just need to find most of the pros and cons of all the options first.

Welcome to the font of all NV knowledge.
There is lots to learn so a good place to start is this thread viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6297
It's long but has every thing you need to understand the ins and outs, don't worry, there isn't a test afterwards.

'Sensible' answers are ok but a good mix is always best.
