Hi, Newbie here

Post by Grebby » 17 Sep 2012, 15:23

Hi,

I've just signed up here.

My name is Ian and I have a rapid MFR

I'm interested in the home build side of NV as I don't have a load of spare cash at the mo.

Cheers

Hi Grebby, welcome, there's loads to go at on here just get the kettle on and peruse the DIY nightvision section for an hour or two. Anything you are not sure of there's plenty of answers available for the asking.

Welcome to the forum, Ian.

Guessing you could glean lots of DIY info on here and come up with a unit of your own for little cost.

Enjoy!

Yeah I've just found the DIY section and 3 pints of tea later.... I've run out of tea again.

I will be reading for a good while. There is a lot of info to get through.

One day I may get round to making something.

Cheers

Could be worse, you could have been drinking coffee. Terrible satanic drink, yeuck.

Welcome to the forum.
Would be nice if you filled in your location on your profile, you never know there may be someone near you who can offer advice re building when you decide to go ahead.
