Introduction
Hello everyone,
Have just joined forum, I am just getting into night vision have read a lot of adverts and watched youtube clips and often seem to end up reading posts from this night vision forum so thought it would be a good idea to join it, I am a gamekeeper up in Northumberland, As with the other forums they like an introduction so thought I would get this one done and have a look around site, Hope you all have a good weekend, Happy Hunting.

Hi and welcome aboard fella, you have done absolutely right move to join, this forum stand a head and shoulder above all else, a treasure cove of information on night vision, whether you are building or buying a dedicated.

Hi everyone..First post from a newbie who has just become the proud owner of a hw100 .177 and in the process of a diy nv kit.. im looking for a best quality t20 kit in I.R and either green or amber.All advice and experience would be greatly appreciated.Green or amber to be used as my spotting torch.

Hi phatlad. Welcome to the forum.
With regard to the 'best quality T20 IR' be careful what you consider is quality. You don't want to be banging huge amounts of IR out at air rifle ranges unless you like to see white rabbit tails bobbing off PDQ. So make sure you get a three memory mode one - and be good at keeping it on low or medium power.
Better to get a low power one or 940nm one in my opinion for sub 12fl air ranges, especially if you have a bright torch for spotting them from afar.
