Fastech sells the protection circuits and shrink wrap if you are inclined to build your own. Or did, last year. Can't be bothered searching for it now. It's 4am. Even for a night shooter thats late. Night all.

DX have the 3100mah protected batteries for $12.50 USD a pair.
