hi,am new to all this nv, having only done rats with lamps..its a real eye,opener..may go the photon way as this seems to be the cheapest starting point..already done the camcorder way,and had a go with ns50..i didnt care for these options..anyway i will keep looking..

G'day mate. For those of us from overseas there is no hint as to location as we don't get the context.
Anyway, welcome to the club, there are a couple of threads on upgrading the NS50 with the E700 camera to give you a 200m capable unit, if you aren't into the do it yourself part then one of the members, Pauldavies123 IIRC, is planning to sell the upgrades.
