Soldering Iron Suggestions

I have been trying desperately to resist the urge to tinker with electronics but Im afraid I am growing weak.

I need a new soldering iron before I start so would ask you guys what level I need for things like re-flowing LED's, general circuit board work and building up pills etc?

Links to suitable wattage irons and nose sizes etc would be most gratefully received

I use a hot air heat gun to reflow and 2 soldering irons; a little fine point 25 watt and almost no use for my old big weller 200 watt for this small stuff.
I use reflow solder paste for the LED reflow and regular flux core 1/16" for the soldering, I don't like that lead free crap.

Ive been toying with the idea of buying the Pro-Iroda for a while now. So its worth the money?

The girlfriend got me a Maplin voucher for Christmas so its either going to go towards a soldering iron or a better multimeter.

Yes they are very good, I was using one of these intill recently when I was struggling soldering drivers to pills so went for a 50w mains soldering iron instead.
