Re: Share your experience with Securitycamera2000
I have recently used them for this camera http://www.securitycamera2000.com/produ ... -Menu.html and I ordered on the 9th and it was delivered on the 30th and was given a tracking no. so could check on progress all the time. Also they sent me a link that showed me how to remove the filter. I have nothing but praise for them and will be definitely keep looking at their site for other things.
Hope that helps anyone in two minds.Ian.

Hi, as Marky610 mentioned already we do like to have a clean and bright picture at night, using IR, at long distances. For my needs, 300 metres.securitycamera2000 wrote:Hello,

What is the best night vision camera that your company currently provide?
It will need to be of very high resolution and sensitivity to infrared.
That's what many of us really want to know.
If you are serious about offering the best service and products to our forum, may I recommend you to purchase a good IR illuminator, such the ones we tend to use on our setup, namely T-20 and the 66 mm conversion, then use/test them with your best suitable cameras, on an open field and video the results for us to see. You can buy one of these torches from Mark and Ian and Dave from this forum is you need it. I am sure they would be happy to sell you one. Just ask.
We have spent a lot of money on cameras that on the advertised specifications are supposed to be good candidates for our needs, but in reality these have been useless or near to useless.
There are plenty of sensitive cameras that it will show a brighter picture BUT there usually is TOO MUCH NOISE! The image is snowy, pixelated and impossible to look at details, especially when zoomed in with a rifle's scope.
Have a look at the KT & C E700 camera for a base comparison. We are looking to get the same OR BETTER results. Do you have a comparable or better camera for us?
Oh! Another thing... Test with a 12mm, 16mm, and 25mm good quality lenses. Below 12mm is on no use for our needs.

Re: Share your experience with Securitycamera2000
Hi, thank you very much to tell me about your requirement in detail and very clearly! Appreciate!
And compare with the KT & C E700 camera, our PL1319 http://www.securitycamera2000.com/produ ... a-MIC.html has lower lux than it, and our MNR1588Q http://www.securitycamera2000.com/produ ... amera.html has better WDR effect than it. Please take a reference.
Regarding the test for you all, I will reflect your requirement to our technicians and ask them whether they could take a video for you.
Best Regards,
SC2000

Looking forward to see the videos!
I seen another camera on your site, here:
http://www.securitycamera2000.com/produ ... -Lens.html
Can you tell me what the other two 2 pin sockets are for please?
I highlighted them in yellow for you to identify.
Thanks.

Re: Share your experience with Securitycamera2000
Hi,
Thanks for your highlight.
Regarding to these two sockets, the upper one is used for connecting with the external IR illuminator, and the below one is used for IR-CUT coordinate control. This camera doesn't come with the IR-CUT function so that these 2 sockets are invalid.
Any other question please don't hesitate to contact me.

any news already of Your technicians?
How about sending the 2 suggested samples to a volunteer of this forum to do the video for You? Here are quite a few guys with a lot of knowledge and NV equipment which Your technician probably doesn't have.

Re: Share your experience with Securitycamera2000
Hi,
Thank you for your interest.
I just got the reply from our technician that there is no suitable environment for them to take the video for your reference so far, I am very sorry about this. But our company always prefer to encourage you to take video and send it for us, and as you said, you guys are more profession than our technician in NV.
So regarding send the volunteer samples, could someone who would like to be a volunteer purchase these two cameras first and take videos and send back to us? And if the videos are comprehensively introduce our products and have good effects, then we will refund the money back to you guys.
How about this?

Well... NO!
Not from me anyway. So, you would like for us to buy a camera, test if for you, give you good feedback, promote your company worldwide, making you money, at our expenses?
THIS MUST BE A JOKE.....

Hi,
of course No...
You buy a camera, test it for us, give us feedback, and if the feedback information is good, we will refund you the money that you paid for us!!
Some of our customers took the good feedback videos and sent videos to us and we also sent them our newest camera that even not sell on our website as a gift (FREE). We always encourage you to send us feed back videos and we appreciate it.
Sorry for making you misunderstand my words.
