Hi people! I have just received one of these:

They are great for stopping the monitor light spreading out on the sides and illuminating everything at night. I added a second layer at 90 degrees from the first one hence shielding top and bottom spread as well as left/right. I recommend it!
...the doctor said that I need to do gentle exercise... I said to him that I already did... trigger squeezing!
