Help need please.
I have a Pard 008 and want to do some recording but I it seems to only record in continuous and I can pause it.
What I would like to be able to do is record a shot stop or pause and start on the next shot, hope this makes sense or someone might have a link as how to record properly. My idea is to cut down on editing.

Re: NV Pard 008
On my 008, a long press on the OK button starts recording and another long press stops the recording.
Each time you start recording a new file is created.and when you stop recording, the file is closed.
AFAIK, you can't open an existing file and add more video to it
I also don't think there is any way to pause the recording so that when you start recording again, the new video goes into the same file.
I agree it's not editing friendly, but I think you'll find that all digital NV and thermal devices which have any sort of video recording facility have the same limitations.
Cheers

Only the Pulsar models Night vision and Thermal allow recording to be paused and restarted as far as I know in one file..
