Hi all, I'm am thinking of getting a dedicated nv scope for my Hw100 sub 12ft, for short distance ratting (10-30 meters) I currently use a Ward-D-800s.
I've spent ages looking at the different digital scopes, Pard, Atn 4k, Wraith, Pulsar, the more I look the more confused I get
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
The Wraith is much cheaper than the X Sight (which you don't have to wait for - they've been available for years)
If you like the Wraith, then go for it.
Although the IR supplied with the Wraith is not up to much, it should be OK for short range ratting.
Thanks Bruce,
I'm in no rush to buy, I need to make sure I make the right choice,
The Atn 4k pro was high on my list as well.
Wraith are bringing out a new model soon, internal battery with longer run time + 4k etc,
Sorry for the novice question but what difference does 4k make, Is it just down to video recording?
The Wraith has a full HD sensor (1920x1080 pixels) and records in full HD
The X Sight has a 4K sensor (3864x2218 pixels) but only records in full HD, not 4K
I believe the new Wraith will also have a 4K sensor, but I don't know about it's recording capability.
