Hello

Post by Deputy Dawg » 10 Mar 2020, 17:29

Hello and thanks for the add.

I’m from the South Wales areas I’m 45 years old.
I’ve been shooting for around 30yrs. Started with airguns and worked my way up to using powder burners. I own 1 semi auto shotgun and 3 rifles.
I’ve been looking to buy some night vision for quite a while. But with all the makes models that are out there, it’s proving to be a little daunting as what to buy and what to stay away from. My ideal NV would be a Starlight Longbow, but until I win the lottery, I’m in the market for a decent digital set up. So that’s why I joined this forum, hoping to get a better insight in the world of Night Vision and hopefully buy something that will serve its purpose in near future. Wallet could stretch to around a grand or a little more if needs be.

Regards

Deputy Dawg

Welcome to the forum Deputy - a few will be along shortly with their recommendations.

I hate eye smear so won't even try to steer you towards what my heretic old school NV thoughts are because about 99% of those who contribute will go with modern stuff specially designed to specially confuse the easily confused.... I think.

You might want to indicate how deep you'll be willing to dip into your pocket. 8-)
