I am from France and mainly a collector of airguns, airpistols since many years.
Since many years too, I think about fitting one of my airguns with a nightvision scope just for fun. But it won't be for now as I only have spring-piston and gas-ram air rifles making me unsure that nightvision systems can resist to their hard recoil.
In France, hunting (even varmint regulation) with an airgun (any type) or with a nightvision system is prohibited.
But since 12/2013 we are alowed to use 20J max. airguns without license.
