Im not sure about everyone else but im getting pms but then saying I'm not authorised to open them. Not only that I don't get email notification anymore

Any ideas....i screen shotted message if admin need me me to email it to them

Got it, think your inbox is full mate. When its full the forum will keep new messages 'on hold' until you delete some

Looks like I overcame the problem of a full inbox a couple of years ago by adding a new folder in the "private messages rules folders and settings" section in my User Control panel.

My Inbox folder is full so new mail defaults to my new folder

So, if it still works..
Set up a new folder
Then, once it's there, under the 'If folder is full' click on the 'move messages to' button and select your new folder.

Presumably you could rename Inbox to Older for example and set up a new Inbox folder?
