Soldering irons

My maplin 60w soldering iron has finally died on me so decided to go buy another 60w but it turns out to be useless at soldering drivers to pills (its no where near as good as the old one was).

So question is what are you guys using? Is this any good in the link below

I found broader chisel head bits were better for soldering drivers to pills that draw a lot of heat away very quickly.
