ebay 'power sellers'

Chaps, should one report ebay sellers on here as a matter of course, in this case a so called 'english power seller' for obviously pedalling Chinese imports from his/her home 'not fit for purpose' - in fact. Cheap but irritatingly sub standard - not necessarily the case with all Chinese imports. I ask because this is an extremely vexing and subjective subject matter not seemingly covered by Inland Revenue, Weights and Measures or god forbid, Her Majesties Customs and Excise legislation to name but a few incompetent combatants. Oh sorry ebay is American, I forgot they were sanctioned in Strasbourg by the EU and did not pay any relevant taxes to the UK. Presumably this implies that anyone earning money for and from ebay is exempt from any kind of liability.
