Post by Jiggy83 » 07 Feb 2016, 21:41

Hi, iv just joined here as iv been told its the place to chat to people who have good knowledge about all things night vision!
Im new to the world of nv and have only looked through a few different units whilst out rabbiting and foxing with friends and family.
Hope to learn from the more experienced on here.

G'day. The forum is mainly based around building home made digital NV, or modifying commercial NV to be better. Plenty of people with tubed NV experience if you have any questions on that topic. We swing both ways. :P

My first post and first ever diy NV build. Looked at lots of YT before joining and have now said hello to some bloke - nice chap. Have now purchased SURE E700 kit and acquired a steep learning curve for free. Lots of questions, but just to say I am pleased to be aboard. Thank you. Have been watching some of the marky610 posts on YT and some of his technique and advice is going in - and starting to make sense. Other commercial NV systems posts on YT have helped to create a more balanced approach, but for my money NVF wisdom is the way forward. I can't believe I'm actually doing this - I have bad eye-site, dyslexia, a Daystate ar and a place to go. Many thanks. pickle.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only dyslexic old bloke on here with bad eyesight now. 8-)
