if your happy with the 6.5 xt look at the one you have allready and see if its got the threads inside the objective lens,i believe the new ones have a collar glued in so you can not fit the yukon doubler. if thats the case then use the old one on your .243 with/without doubler and get another 6.5 for your rimmie. i use a t20 blacksun on my 6.5 .243 and can see further than i can shoot at nightPaddlers wrote:I got the Black Sun B671 which appears to have a 30 mm tube. I'd be happy with the 4.6 with a doubler. Does the Yukon doubler fit straight on with no mods ? I did see on another thread that these things are now glued in. Is the modern 4.6 designed to take the adapter and not glued in?
Sorry to appear a bit thick fellas but I've had a right mare with this nightvision gear just lately and if possible want to avoid any cock-ups !
but i aint no davy crockett 
the doublers are about 80 pounds but i "think" they would change your poi plus the 6.5 standard is pretty bullet proof . i zeroed once and its stayed spot .
