Hi every one,
I'm new to anything night vision and on a tight budget, i want to keep my current scope on my 17hmr so i may go for an add on!
so any ideas will be appreciated?
I live in Haverfordwest but not Welsh.

What scope are you running?
Maximum budget?
Do you want a TV screen mounted above the scope (easy) or an inline unit with a near eye display /view finder (harder)?
The basics are
Illumination: A zoomable IR torch in an adjustable mount, on the front of the scope, batteries and charger for the torch.
Camera: An IR sensitive camera in a housing that will fit it to your day scope.
Screen: A 5 inch car reversing screen mounted to the center of the scope.
Battery: battery to run the camera and screen, minimum 7.4 volts,maximum 12. A housing for the battery.
Cables: to connect the battery, camera and screen.
Answer the above questions and we can recommend a parts list and suppliers.

Hiya Trev - but how well do you get on with sheep? 
If you fancy building your own fluff up a cushion, slap the wifes ass and tell her its coffee and biscuits every hour on the hour.
There are plenty of ready made options too, both commercial and home built if you don't fancy making one.
If you survive that get stuck into the DIY section.

Done lots of reading now and come to the conclusion it's a bit over my head for a DIY job......think I may go for
one of clives mini ward d visions. Not cheap for such a small gizmo though !
