If you're looking for a good venue, My advice is speak to the shops. The shop owners and staff generally have some of the best permissions in their area, and I'd wager if you invited them along to try sell some pellets, torches and NV gear they would be happy to oblige, if you could promise the numb...

Mine was stolen so anyone with a spare AGS 4x16x44 AO scope would be well paid for it! Or similar, cracking little scope which should never be left in your car!!!
