I needed some parts for my RCBS turret press. UK agents were useless. I spoke to them in the US and they sent me two of everything I wanted and FOC. It came within a week. No that’s customer care.

Thanks bud. Hopefully I’m sorted. It needs to be Federal anyway I’m afraid. When reloading it can be critical that the brass is the same manafacture. Especially running hot loads.
